As President and Managing Partner of South End Partners, Casey brings extensive experience in Human Resources, Operations, Finance and Sales after holding several senior executive roles over his 20 year career.
Casey has successfully built Greenfield companies and managed international multi-location CPG & Tech based organizations. He has specialized expertise in talent acquisition, people development, training, and has developed several high performing teams throughout his career.
In addition, he has a thorough knowledge of Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Management. Casey holds a BCom in Economics from the University of Guelph, is a Certified LEAN Green Belt, Certified Predictive Index Analyst, Certified Disc Analyst, Certified EQ Practitioner and has completed extensive executive management training courses.
John has spent his career focusing on helping those around him meet their full potential through his passion for coaching, leadership and sharing his deep business acumen for operations, manufacturing and sales.
John has had a successful career leading and developing both sales operations and manufacturing facilities. He has overseen a broad range of functions including: sales, operations, HR, talent development and manufacturing management.
John is a certified Predictive Index analyst, Certified LEAN Green Belt and knows that no two people are alike. His passion for people, self-awareness and experience allow him to customize his HR/coaching approach. You will find John reading about latest business trends in his free time when he is not giving back to his community.
