We work on a retained and exclusive basis. We commit over 200 hrs + per search on average. Our executives are all senior leaders with business and industry experience and are committed to finding your next leader in the fastest appropriate manner regardless of how much work it takes. We provide a warranty on all of our searches.
- Our fee is 25% of the candidate’s first year salary.
- Some of our clients are start-ups and while hiring the right team is critical for these companies, they need more flexible and a-la-carte pricing to help them find their footing.
- For highly specialized or unique searches our fee will increase from time to time.
- We also offer a wide range of consulting services such as interview training, additional screening, onboarding support and team development priced based on service and need
