Whether you want to change jobs or prepare for the next-level role, every employee needs to be upskilling and learning new things all the time.

Upskilling is key to career growth.

Jobs are changing as business demands rapidly evolve. In fact, the World Economic Forum projects that 50% of all jobs will require a change in skillsets within the next 5 years, so it's critical you continue to grow and build new skills.

Online courses. There’s a wealth of learning platforms out there that allow you to learn on your own schedule. LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, edX, Open Culture, and Khan Academy are just a few.

Stretch assignments. If you have the bandwidth, ask for work from another department at your organization. You’ll not only bring value to the company, but you’ll also enhance your visibility.
